Stay in the HOA Communication Loop!
In order to improve homeowner communication and reduce redundancy, the HOA is implementing a new homeowner communication database. Effective January 15, 2010, Unit Captains will no longer be e-mailing HOA information to homeowners in their units nor will the current broadcast e-mail system be used. All Homeowner Association information will be sent out by the Director of Communications. Therefore, to stay in the communication loop, you will need to complete the form which follows. Even if you do not use e-mail or if you have signed up for the e-mail system on the Association web site, you will need to register using this form
The information collected on this form will be used to create a new IronOaks Contact Database. This information will be used only by the HOA.
Your information will NOT be shared with anyone and will be used only to provide you with IronOaks information OR for emergency notification.
